- Writing. We’ll provide the fresh look at how the texts feel, and how clear they are.

How it works
We get to know the project
- It usually takes one or two Google Meet calls. We analyze the project and its goals, learn your concerns, and formulate the audit goals
- We get all the needed materials, like mockups in Figma, accesses to the project, or store links
- We fix all the agreements in Notion and have it validated by you not to miss anything.
Audit itself
- It takes up to four days. If it’s Figma mockups, we’ll comment them there. If it’s an up-and-running product, we’ll record videos, make screenshots, and put those in a Notion doc together with our comments on what confused us and what can be done about it.
Presentation and Q&A
- We present the results at a Google Meet call. If there are a lot of materials, then we segment the presentation into 40-minute parts; usually up to three meetings suffice
- We’re prepared to answer questions during the presentation, and we work those out on the spot
- All the results stay in the Notion doc that we share with you.
